LacI+J61048+Plac

Plac is a promoter regulated by LacI and CAP protein, it has two binding site, one for CAP protein(general present in E.coli) and the other for LacI CAP protein. In the absence of LacI, this part will promote transcription. In the presence of LacI, this part will prohibit transcription. LacI is used to regulate Plac, and it will be inhibited by IPTG(Isopropyl-beta-D-thiogalactopyranoside). J61048 is a terminator.
